My name is carly and I nourish radicles.
The radicle is the first sprout of a planted seed — the root that anchors growth and reaches toward new possibilities. It already holds what it needs to begin: light, water, and soil. But to thrive, it requires continued nourishment, space, and care.
At Radicle Currents, I (co)design liberatory learning experiences and provide coaching that supports leaders and organizations align people, process, and purpose toward change. My approach blends strategic vision, research-informed practices, and relational facilitation to build spaces of reflection, collaboration, and transformation.
